Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona CardinalsWith Carson Palmer under center, Fitz is in line for a breakout season. To watch a guy of his caliber endure the atrocities at quarterback fielded by the Cardinals in past seasons has been difficult. Fitzgerald might have the best hands in the league and his clean route running matches nicely with Palmer's big arm.
Julio Jones, Atlanta FalconsConsistency is the only thing holding Jones back. As a second year pro last season, he had 10 touchdowns, but just four 100 yard games.
Demaryius Thomas, Denver Broncos Thomas, who is just 25 years old, has emerged as an elite target for Peyton Manning. His seven 100 yard games in 2012 tied for second best in the NFL, and he is excellent inside the 20.
Brandon Marshall, Chicago BearsSpeaking of big and strong, Marshall continues to best defenses with his superb hands and massive frame. With Jay Cutler in a pivotal contract year, expect similar numbers to last year's 1,500 yards and double digit touchdowns.
Andre Johnson, Houston TexansOptimus Prime is aging, but is still a top target. Johnson produced a stellar 1,600 yard season in 2012 (second most behind Megatron), and should enjoy a highly productive 2013 with rookie speedster DeAndre Hopkins on the perimeter.
Dez Bryant, Dallas CowboysBryant amassed nearly 1,400 yards and 12 touchdowns last year. The only concern is a lingering back issue, but Bryant is nearly unstoppable.
Victor Cruz, New York GiantsDon't hold the fact that he plays in the slot against him. Cruz is as shifty a receiver as there is, and his ability to make big plays and his willingness to go over the middle make him that much more valuable.
Vincent Jackson, Tampa Bay BuccaneersJackson flies a bit under the radar but shouldn't, considering he boasted a league best 19.2 yards per reception in 2012. This is a big, strong receiver who is dynamite near the goal line.
Secession group to hold first town hall meeting Local News Cumberland Times
CUMBERLAND A town hall style meeting to discuss a proposal that the five westernmost counties in Maryland exit the state is planned for Friday evening at Allegany College of Maryland.
The meeting is sponsored by the Western Maryland: A New State Initiative, which advocates secession. goal is to form a new state comprised of Maryland five western counties, according to the organization website.

While local officials have not offered support to the secession movement, Biancone said they serve at the will of the people and can be replaced. He said he knows local elected officials and has high regard for them as individuals, but he disagrees with their loyalty to the state of Maryland. the electorate wants to secede, we may end up with new elected officials, Biancone said.
The group is led by Scott Strzelczyk of Carroll County. Strzelczyk plans to be at the meeting, Biancone said. The organization website and Facebook page are also good sources of information, said Biancone. The website went live last week, he said.
People are feeling pinch of Maryland overbearing government regulations, said Biancone. The website points to gun control regulations and high taxes as some of the grievances cited by the organization.
The five counties Garrett, Allegany, Washington, Frederick and Carroll represent just 11 percent of Maryland population, but the majority of their registered voters are Republicans in a heavily Democratic state, according to The AP.
The movement is in its infancy and one expects it to happen overnight, Biancone said. Secession isn always an idea tied to conservative ideology, but it is tied to the idea of self government, said Biancone. Biancone cited a Vermont secession movement which is left leaning and actually seeks to secede from the United States.
Giants say letdown is not in the Cards
GLENDALE, Ariz. The emotional expenditure was so extreme and the reward so complete that it is fair to wonder if the Giants, coming off their highly charged 29 16 victory over the rival Eagles, will be a slightly less inspired team today against the Cardinals at University of Phoenix Stadium.
They have heard it for the better part of a week, so the Giants cannot say they weren't warned. Cardinals CB Patrick Peterson vs. Giants WR Hakeem Nicks. Most likely the best cornerback in this year's NFL Draft, Peterson, who attended LSU, has great size (6 foot 1, 219), speed and talent and knows it.
"He is a big guy that can run like crazy," Giants offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride said. "He is a very confident or borderline arrogant guy that knows he is good and is taking chances already."
No doubt Gilbride will try to take advantage of Peterson's risk taking mentality and get Nicks in position to make a big play against the first year defensive back. Peterson is also a terror with the ball in his hands, as evidenced by the 89 yard punt return Week 1 against the Panthers.
Ever since misfiring on eight of his first 11 passes this season, Eli Manning is 32 of 42 (76 percent) for 435 yards, five touchdowns and no interceptions. Manning has been sacked 10 times, which is too many, but the Giants prefer their quarterback get sent to the turf with the ball rather than throw it up for grabs for a turnover.
"To win games, you have to protect the football," Manning said. "You can win games and turn the ball over, but it makes it tough. It puts a lot of stress on the defense and makes it harder for everyone. I think we're doing a good job of being smart with the ball and making better decisions than we did last year."
The most dangerous individual on the field, on either side, is Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald. He's a one man wrecking crew who has 15 receptions for 259 yards and two TDs. QB Kevin Kolb will look to him early and often. Fitzgerald needs just 35 yards to pass Roy Green and become the Cardinals' franchise receiving leader. Aaron Ross and Corey Webster will get a shot at Authentic Donte Moncrief Jersey keeping Fitzgerald under wraps.
"He's a big play receiver. He's physical, he can come off the ball, get off the jam and you can think you have blanket coverage on him and the quarterback will throw the ball up to him and he'll go up there and get it," said Ross, who is coming off a two interception performance in Philadelphia. Safety Antrel Rolle spent the first five years of his career with the Cardinals and is set for what is sure to be an emotional return. As a teammate of Fitzgerald's, Rolle worked against him every day in practice.
"Normally when people are successful against him, they double cover him," Rolle said. "I have never seen a defensive back shut him down, and I'm not saying it can't be done, I am saying that I haven't seen it done."
Osi Umenyiora is expected to play for the first time this season coming off arthroscopic right knee surgery, meaning the three headed defensive end rotation should be intact, unless Justin Tuck's neck and groin issues prevent him from suiting up. Tuck, Umenyiora and Jason Pierre Paul give the Giants the best pass rushing end trio in the league when they all are healthy, and divvying up the snaps is a situation every defense would like to deal with.
"That's a great problem to have," defensive coordinator Perry Fewell said. "If Osi's the player he was last year and JPP's coming on like that, we'll find a way. I promise you."
Pierre Paul is tied for second in the NFL with 412 sacks, but he doesn't sound as if he cares much if he starts or, with Umenyiora back, comes off the bench and rotates in at both end spots.

The 10 Documents You Need for Your Lease Option Deals
Residential lease with option to purchase This is a combination of a lease and an option agreement. It basically states that I will be paying $1,000 a month to rent 1234 Main St. and that I have the option to purchase the house anytime within the next 5 years. I need to make sure that the seller's payment is actually $1,000 a month and that the mortgage balance is truly $300,000. (There have been times when a seller told me they owed $200,000 on a house and when I verified the balance it was closer to $250,000.)
Due on sale disclosure This is a CYA Wholesale NFL Jerseys form that states the landlord knows that doing a lease option with me could trigger the due on sale clause in his mortgage.
Lead based paint disclosure I used to do a ton of deals in Baltimore City where there are a lot of lead problems. If you're dealing with an older house make sure and get this pamphlet. (This is for the owner's benefit to help them out, but you will also be using one with the tenants.)
Notice of option agreement This is a document that states I have a 5 year option to buy the house at $300,000. I take this document to my local courthouse and have it recorded in the land records so that I can "cloud" the title.
Lease option consultation agreement This document I sort of "invented." It's another CYA form that I make the seller fill out. It basically says that "John Doe seller realizes that Narrows Realty Group is going to sell 1234 main street for a profit. And that Narrows has agreed to pay $300,000 to John Doe seller and they get to keep all money they make over the $300,000 amount."
Power of attorney I make landlords sign a limited power of attorney so that I can have their loan paid off (when my tenant/buyer exercises their option) and take care of the loan in general in case the landlord disappears from the face of the earth.
Lender Notification This is a document that states my company is now taking care of 1234 Main Street and all correspondence and mortgage documents should be sent to my address.
Affidavit of Liens The seller must sign this (and get it notarized) stating he does not have any liens against the property.
Property disclosure/disclaimer Every state has their own disclaimer/disclosure form so I give this to the seller so he can list all the defects of the property.
Those are all of the forms I use, and if you know your "scripts" you won't have any problem getting a landlord to sign all of them. (If he won't sign them he's not motivated cheap jerseys enough.)
